Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen, slate flooring. Breakfast bar. Open plan to dining area. El. Cooker & microwave. cu.ft. fridge with ice compartment. Freezer and washing machine with drier in utility are El. Kettle, coffee maker, reasonable ware & utensils.

Sitting/Dining: Comfortable suite. Dining room with antique table & chairs. Glass doors leading to small south facing paved area.

Heating: A small, not particularly efficient, open fireplace in stone feature wall. Oil fired ch. Underfloor downstairs, radiators upstairs. Small t.v. basic channels. Tape player. Radio Slate floors with rugs.

Garden: Mown grass area running to wild garden. Rough approach lane. Some garden furniture.

Parking: Hard standing for two cars. Pets: with permission.

View: stunning, uninterrupted view over meadows, to Roaring Water Bay and the ocean beyond.

Hazards/Drawbacks: Long rough lane up to house. A well supplies water so some restraint is required with regard to usage, although mains water is due for connection.

General Comments: A good property with some style. Remote & rural with absolute privacy. Not far from two small beaches. Idyllic country setting. Popular house for those who want 'to get away from it all'.
