Bedrooms: One double with single beds combined as a double. En suite shower and wc. One twin room and single room plus a futon.
Bath Room: Hydro massage bath, shower, whb, wc. Dual immersion.
Kitchen / Living: Open plan with fitted pine kitchen, el. Hob, oven and microwave, d.washer Fridge/freezer. Washing machine/drier, iron and board. Taster. El kettle adequate ware and utensils.
Sitting/Dining: Split level from kitchen. Two sofas, dining table and chairs. Heating: Open fire and instant electric convection. TV with local channels only. Video and radio. Pine flooring with scattered rugs.
Garden: Mown meadow around whole house with long, gated, gravel Drive with turning point. Good teak table and chairs on rough stone patio. Plantings now maturing nicely. Barbecue.
Views: Stunning panorama, facing south across Goleen Bay to Cape Clear and back eastwards towards Mt. Gabriel.
Parking: Space for two cars.
Hazards / Drawbacks: Part of the lane from Goleen is quite rough. The area around the house creates a ledge effect with a two foot drop to grass.
Pets: Absolutely not.
General Comments: A beautifully finished cottage, simple but comfortable and with some style. Starred property, top of the range and well worth the money.
