Upstairs Landing: Good proportions with easy chairs by large picture window for sunset watching.
Entrance Hall: Large proportions and a good base for view watching or a children’s Play area. Wooden floors throughout the house.
Sitting Room: Reasonable size with open fire and suite. TV and video. Oil fired central heating with separately operated underfloor system for winter usage.
Kitchen / Dining: Spacious el. double oven, microwave, 5cu. ft fridge and 5cu. ft freezer. Dishwasher. Toaster, el. kettle. Adequate ware and utensils. Washer and drier in separate utility room. Water supplied by own well with reasonable pressure.
Views: Spectacular. Facing north west over Dunmanus Bay down to Sheep’s Head and the Beara beyond. Sunsets are breathtaking.
Garden: Site is still quite rough. But surrounded by pastures, cattle grazing in lower fields. Lane leads to small beach area. Not suited for swimming by great for rock fishing. Also favourite area for hillwalking.
Hazards / Drawbacks: Might be too remote for some tastes. Site still raw.

Comments: Brilliant family house with spacious dimensions. Comfortable and well finished in neutral tones.Only 12 minutes drive from the sandy beaches at Barley Cove.
