Kitchen / Dining: Spacious and stylish, the kitchen has tiled floor and breakfast bar plus table & chairs. Hob, double oven, microwave. Dish washer, fridge freezer, plenty of ware and utensils. Large sliding glass doors maximising views.
UtilityRoom: Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
Cloakroom: Downstairs wc. & whb. off large tiled entrance hall.
Views: Panoramic sea views over Spanish Cove and Goleen Bay.
Garden: Rugged hillside around the property paved drive behind wrought iron gates.
Parking: Plenty of hard standing parking.

Comments: Lovely, spacious, airy house. Simply furnished, excellent kitchen. Perfect holiday home, beautiful sea view across Goleen Bay and out to the Atlantic, a scant mile from Goleen, just off the main road and minutes drive to Barley Cove and the Sandy beaches.
