A modern cottage, Bord Failte approved is located 7 miles west of Skibbereen and 8 miles east of Ballydehob. Sleep 6/7.
Situated in approximately 20 acres of private land, much of it along the shoreline, is shared only one other house. The views are lovely, looking across Roaring Water Bay and distant Mount Gabriel one way and over to Ringarogy Island and the mouth of the Ilen River the other.
The house is finished to a high standard, with full oil fired central heating, open fire in the sitting room. Flooring is a combination of quarry tiling and neutral shaded natural carpeting where appropriate. TV, video & radio. Duvets on all beds. Cot and high chair. There is a comfortable three-piece suite. Modern fitted kitchen with gas hobs and el. ovens. Microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine and dryers are located in a nearby laundry building.
For sailors and divers there is easy sea access and assistance and facilities.
Julie & Michael Williams are the key holders and live near by. Michael will answer any queries concerning the running of the house and be happy to arrange boat hire (approximately €160 per week), sailing tuition or trips for you during your stay.
